When you send a journey request, contact us, or write to us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give it), and what you tell us about your trip.
Only to answer you, plan your journey with the host community, and send booking details. We do not sell your information. We share only what a host family or local guide needs to receive you (for example, your name, dates and group size).
Our website runs on Base44. Messages sent by WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). If you pay online, payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@nendeni.com.
