Southern Mozambique's only eco-lodge surrounded by virgin coastal woodland. The result of a 4-year community project, Dunes de Dovela offers luxurious bungalows and dome tents perched on pristine dunes. All meals and non-motorized activities are included. Activities include birdwatching, whale watching, dune walks, kayaking, and community cultural exchanges. The lodge works directly with the Dovela community, employing local staff and sourcing food locally. An award-winning example of community-driven sustainable tourism.
